Tickets you have purchased are available for pick-up at the Mill Valley Film Festival Box Office(s). Seating is guaranteed until 15 minutes prior to screening. No late seating.
If seats are available, tickets will be sold at the door beginning at 15 minutes prior to screening. Those tickets are cash only. No discounts.

FESTIVAL BOX OFFICES:
The Mill Valley Film Festival has two box office locations; both open 30 minutes before the first show of the day and close when the last show starts.
San Rafael: Box office is open October 4–14 at the Christopher B. Smith Rafael Film Center, 1118 Fourth Street.
Mill Valley: Box office will be open October 4–14 at the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce – 85 Throckmorton Avenue, Mill Valley

All orders placed over the phone are subject to a charge of $10.00 per transaction. Tickets delivered via mail (USPS) incur a $3.50 convenience fee..
SOLD OUT ? TRY THE RUSH LINE
Rush tickets often become available even after advance tickets have sold out.
The rush line forms outside each venue beginning one hour before showtime. Approximately 15 minutes prior to the screening, available rush tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No discounts. Cash only.
Last year, many of our guests had great success buying last-minute tickets via the rush line.
PATRON COURTESIES
• All seats are general admission, and multiple-seat saving is not permitted.
• While waiting in line, please be considerate of our neighbors and local businesses.
• Please refrain from wearing perfumes and other scented products so that attendees with
environmental sensitivities can enjoy the films in comfort.
• The use of cameras or other recording equipment is strictly prohibited during any screening or
program.
ACCESSIBILITY
MVFF is committed to accommodating audience members with disabilities, offering early seating as needed. To receive assistance, please make yourself known to the theater manager. All screening venues and their bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. Assisted listening devices are available at the Rafael Film Center and the Sequoia Theater.
THE FINE PRINT
All orders are final. No refunds, exchanges, substitutions or replacements.
MVFF is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged tickets, or tickets misdirected by the post office.
To pick up tickets at will call, you must bring a valid photo ID that corresponds to the name on the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
There is a $1.50 processing fee for all ticket orders placed online. The convenience fee for phone sales is a flat $10.00 per order. All tickets delivered via USPS will incur a $3.50 convenience fee. Convenience fees are collected to offset the third party expenses involved with telephone orders and delivery via USPS.
Ticket holders must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to showtime to ensure a seat.
Please note there are a limited number of seats reserved for CFI Patrons, Sponsors and special guests at each screening. These seats are clearly marked and may not be released to general admission seating.
