MVFF’s ¡Viva el Cine! Initiative showcases prize-winning Spanish-language and Latin American films that seek to engage and embrace our Spanish-speaking and -loving audiences.  These screenings create a unique community where history, culture, and identity can be explored through the magic of movies. This year, we celebrate our Viva’s opening night with the North American premiere of THE HEIST OF THE CENTURY (El rob del siglo) by Ariel Winograd Argentina/Spain

¡Viva el Cine! es una iniciativa que presenta películas galardonadas en español y latinoamericanas que buscan involucrar y recibir a nuestro público hispano-hablante y los amantes del idioma. Estas proyecciones crean una comunidad única donde se puede explorar la historia, la cultura y la identidad a través de la magia de las películas. Este año, celebramos el ¡Viva el Cine! con el estrena norteamericano de EL ROBO DEL SIGLO (The Heist of the Century) de Ariel Winograd, Argentina/España
